Ekta Singha Born in Kolkata, India Currently base and practicing in Vadodara. Completed my
BVA (painting) in 2012 from Government College of Art and Craft, Kolkata and did MVA
(painting dept. specialization in Mural) in 2015 from Faculty of Fine Arts, MSU, Baroda, India.
I have received various Awards including FICA Emerging Artist Award 2020 supporting
platform Mrinalini Mukherjee Foundation. Certificate award in 50th Annual exhibition of Birla
Academy of Art and Craft, Kolkata. Bombay Art Society. Atul Bose Memorial Award for Best
Painting of the year, GOPAL GHOSH MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP for best watercolour,
Government College of Art & Craft, Kolkata, India. Participated in Residency like Residency in
Utsha Foundation for contemporary art in Bhubaneshwar, Odissa. Kalakriti Art Residency,
Hyderabad. New Grammar a Residency Curated by Rahul Kumar at ART ICHOL, Maihar,
Madhya Pradesh. 58th national art exhibition art conclave camp, lalit kala academy.
Bangalore and Lucknow. Participated in shows like Solo Show “A Note on Remembrance” at
